La Casina
About us
You know pizza, …but you don’t know Pinsa Baked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, Pinsa is part of Roman artisan cuisine.
Although it looks similar to pizza, Pinsa is not only different in its oval shape, but also in its ingredients and making. Pinsa contains 3 flours which are left to rise between 24H and 72H and uses very little yeast compared to pizza. In keeping with the tradition of this Roman recipe, the dough, after being hand-pressed into an oval shape, is topped generously with the finest ingredients.
